Real-Time Reporting and Administration
Clients can monitor the progress and success of a program through ELM's online course reporting system. Permission-based online reporting gives access to real-time data that helps clients record and measure your program success at any time.
Reports are available for each participant listing course completion status, registration date, facility (if applicable), specialty, degree/designation, and course completion date. The ELM reporting system offers many different levels of reporting, from individual score reports to batched groups of participants.
If you are new to the Administration Interface, please click here to watch a video demonstration of the tools available. (This demonstration is geared toward those with permissions to access a specific specialty group.)
Annually, and as requested by clients, the participant information may be compiled into reports comparing performance by campus, specialty and as compared to other users of the ELM system. ELM also prepares reports on the feedback provided by the course participants, which may also be compared by campus or specialty. The goal of the ELM reporting systems is not only to provide quantitative data to clients, but also to allow clients and ELM staff to draw conclusions and shape future course selections or combinations of selections to hone in on identified issues.
